2: Payment with PayPal will incur 3% extra charges on Invoice Price
3: Payment with Credit Cards over the Phone will incur 3% extra charges on Invoice Price
4: Payment with debit card over the phone (No Charges) / Payment directly into our Bank Account
5: Payment with Cheque / Payable to Universal Electronix (dispatch after cleared funds, typically 5-7 days)

Shipping
Shipping is subject to our Terms & Condition, but the following are a guide to our policies:
1. Stock
All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
2. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances. We at times ship directly from our suppliers outside UK. In such case all duties are payable by Universal Electronix. Buyers will not incur any VAT / TAX
3. Collection Orders
We are strictly online company but for some items local collection from Milton Keynes is allowed for which a handling / pickup charge may apply. If that charge applies in your particular purchase, we will inform you prior to collection arrangements.
4. Non-delivery
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 60 days after dispatch. We will process requests only for those who has taken Insurance while checking out. Insurance is required for all international buyers, and optional for UK customers, However, we strongly recommend it.
Returns
In accordance our policy of offering outstanding customer service, you may return any item you have received from Universal Electronix under the following conditions.
Note: We accept returns for all the faulty items, and will exchange them only.
The item must be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (European customers); 30 days (other customers).
Any item must be returned in new condition with its original packing and all accessories.
If you wish to return an item to us, please follow these simple step-by-step instructions:
1. Please quote your invoice number and the reason for your return, in a note to accompany your return
2. Repackage the item securely including the returns note and send them to: Returns Department, Universal Electronix, 59 Padstow Avenue, Fishermead, Milton Keynes, MK6 2ER, UK
3. We recommend that you use a courier or insured registered mail service for shipment as returns not received in our returns department cannot be credited and hence exchanged.
Warranty:
Generally, all items carry manufacturer warranty. However, we will not be held responsible if you can not claim your manufacturer warranty. We will only be responsible for warranties offered by Universal Electronix and mentioned in invoice. We provide Limited Warranty on the products, hence items which are phsyically tampered / accidental damage will not be covered under our Warranty.
Lead time for repair services may vary depending on the different items, which is as follows:
1: For all DJ equipment, repair services can take upto 1 month
2: For all Home Audio and Video, repair services can take 1-2 months
3: For all Broadcast Camcorders / Pro Cameras, repair services can take 1-3 months.
In any case where repairs take longer than above mentioned time frames, we will sought each individual case on merit and will exchange the faulty item under repairs with a brand new one. Right of cancellations does not apply if the item for repair is returned after 14 days of receipt.
Cancellation of Contract
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of receipt. This legal right applies to all of our products, with the exception of audio and video products where the item has been unsealed.
If your purchase qualifies for cancellation and you would like to cancel the contract for this purchase, please contact our customer support team by e-mail or by phone on 2076694262. Please note that cancellations under these terms can only be accepted within seven working days of receipt.
Where the product qualifies for cancellation and the contract was cancelled within 7 working days, we will refund in full all product and postage costs. Return postage or drop off is buyers responsibility. However, we may charge 5-15% restocking fee for Audio and Video products qualifies and contract cancelled within 7 working days depending on the condition of item when its returned. We may charge 10-15% restocking fee for all type of products including Audio and Video products which are covered under Universal Electronix Warranty and customer deem to cancel their contract after 14 days of receipt.
